Can I transcribe any audio file?
Yes, as long as it's in a common format. Just send the audio file to our WhatsApp number and we'll transcribe it for you.
Do you store the voice notes?
No. We process the audio when you send it, but we do not store it.
Can I have the same credit for multiple phones?
Not yet. Your account is your phone number. We are working on a solution for this.
Do you store my card details?
No. We use Stripe to process payments. We don't get access to your card details at any point
